Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Decor Style, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our 'Order Lookup' tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
